MOHANKOT
A short history: - Maria Mata Mandir, Mohankot was started in the year 1942. Priests from Thandla and Gopalpura used to visit this area in the year 1982 Mohankot was given the status of the parish and Fr. George Kochumury SVD was appointed as the parish priest. Congregation of Sisters of St. Joseph of Chambery (CSSJ) joined him later taking care of various apostolates in Mohankot. This mission covers around 30 villages.
