Church History
Looking at the need of the local people, that they cannot afford to send their children to highly paid English medium schools in the city, it was late Fr Varghese who started this school at Debari, about 15 km away from the city, in 1969. The Prabhudasi Sisters of Ajmer, too ventured out into this mission to help the poor by way of starting a dispensary in the same campus. Even though the Catholics are just a hand full, work done by the school and the dispensary is praiseworthy.
