Sacred Heart Church

Considering the needs of the population of Pandarakulam and having sought the advice of then Parish Priest of St. John's Church, Avudaiyanur and Members of the Priests' Council and considering the salvation to souls, bifurcated the Parish of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Pandarakulam and erect as new Parish, the Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Pandarakulam with the rights of a Parish, belonging to the R.C. Diocese of Palayamkottai. Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Pandarakulam was constituted into a new Parish with effect from 7th June 2013. Rev. Fr. Charles was the first Parish Priest.
