St. Antony's Church

Considering the needs of the population of St. Xavier's Colony and having sought the advice of the then Parish Priest of Sahaya Matha Church, Jawahar Nagar and Members of the Priests’ Council and considering the salvation of souls, Xavier Colony Parish was bifurcated from Parish of Sahaya Matha Church, Jawahar Nagar and erect this new Parish on 10.06.2012, the Church of St. Antony, St. Xavier's Colony with the rights of a Parish of a juridical personality belonging to the R.C. Diocese of Palayamkottai. St. Antony, St. Xavier's Colony is now constituted into a new Parish with effect from 10th June 2012. Rev. Fr. S. Santiago is appointed as its first Parish Priest. Rev. Fr.
